Came across this video of some surfers trying to surf Waimea...first group suffers the shore break, while the last group shows us where to enter the water and when...good tutorial, if ya know what to look for!

Big waves put the fear of God into me. Those guys are crazy. More power to them though.
ReplyDeleteI've surfed some 10 foot stuff up in the real NORCAL...but have always fantasized about surfing at Waimea...the paddle-out is the problem.
